Returns/Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that all items are custom made per customer specifications. If we ever ship you an item that is defective, we will happily replace it for you at our expense within 14 days of delivery. If there is an error on our part, we will exchange incorrect item for correct item as long as the incorrect item is returned in original unused condition.

CAUTION

All our customers are advised to supervise all children while wearing & using our products. Some products may contain small parts that could potentially become a choking hazard.  By ordering from Laneybugs Bowtique, you agree that we accept no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using, wearing our products.

Shipping and Processing Time

 

We try our best to ship our orders as soon as possible! Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of ordering. Some larger orders may take a bit longer.  If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accomodate your request.Occasionally, (especially during holiday seasons) orders may take a bit longer. 

 

Please allow 2-7 days for your order to arrive once they have been shipped. 

 

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

 

Once items are shipped you will receive an email indicating your shipment along with a tracking #. Once items are received by the post office, Laneybugs Bowtique is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

What payments do you accept?

 

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and money orders via PayPal.

 

Can you match a specific outfit?

 

Definitely! We love to work with you one on one to create the perfect hair accessory for you. Email us a detailed  photo of the outfit and we will contact to for more details! Please note that we try our best to match your items, however some colors may vary and may not be 100% match.  Also, all CUSTOM orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
